We have used ZeroRez for years, ever since we replaced our carpets. The carpets look like new when the technician is done. We had some heavy pet stains (and smell from a pet cleaning product that I had used that would not go away ). I paid for the additional pet stain treatment and it totally removed the stain and the awful smell from the product.
The technicians are very friendly and work carefully. They have never rushed in their work.

The day of my service I was called and given the time of arrival. My technician was prompt, courteous, thorough and very informative.

We were very pleased with the representative who performed our cleaning services. Very competent and so very polite and courteous! Did a fabulous job on our two carpets in a minimal amount of time including cleaning up the area. He recommended some extras we will include in our next service call.
