They did a good job, my only feedback, is next time before booking the appointment, make sure you make it clear to the customer what you can't do. I wanted both dryer vents cleaned out but he couldn't do one of them because apparently company policy doesn't allow second story cleanings, that would have been good to know so I could have picked a place that does everything especially for the cost. I didn't get charged for what they couldn't do, but I still have to now do the same hassle process all over again, use work time to call another business and make myself available for a second day. When dealing with weekdays you need to consider that your customers are taking work time to make themselves available.

The service tec, Lonnie, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of best methods for cleaning our carpets including stain protection. I was kept up to date with areas completed, instructions regarding when carpet could be walked on and furniture placed on carpet.

Aiden did a great job cleaning our carpets especially for his first day working solo. He was very helpful regarding our furniture and he used the fan on the basement carpet so it would dry quicker. He has a good attitude.

I like the fact that you can take my restaurants heavily treaded carpet and make it look like it's never been walked on at all. I also like the fact that there is no odors over-powering my senses when all is said and done.

Our carpets look new again! Our technician, Lucas was professional, explained the treatment being applied to the carpets and was very thorough in the cleaning. It was another great experience using Zerorez!

Zee (sp?) did a fantastic job. The carpet looks wonderful, and she was very pleasant and helpful. I think the prices are a bit high for a one-hour cleaning, but we'll see how long this lasts.

Friendly, efficient scheduling. Excellent shampoo job on carpets. One issue with sofa, but no questions and scheduled a re do, and beautifully done without further charges. Highly recommend.
