It was very easy to setup an appointment the person I spoke to was very helpful and informative about the company and its products. Bryce came within the time frame of my appointment and was nice enough to explain what he was doing and gave more information about the cleaning procedure. I was very impressed with the gal who cleaned my recliner. She did a supper job cleaning all the cereal, blueberries, & milk from the recliner. Job well done & I'm loving it! Will keep Zerorez on speed dial!!
