Always good communication about arrival time or any delays. Technicians are always thoughtful and courteous and work hard. We will always think of ZeroRez first for our carpets.
Carpets are generally well cleaned and dry in short order. Those doing the cleaning are friendly and very attentive to their work and good to deal with. On occasion, however we find a chipped or scratched piece of furniture which we need to repair.
