Easy to make an appointment, e-mail and text conformation of booked appointment, technicians text came 30 minutes before arrival, he was very professional, knowledgeable plus he made sure all equipment was properly setup so there was no mess in my home. My carpet looks fantastic and when needed again Zerorez is my go to company. Thank you Zerorez for a great customer service experience, it's so hard to find that nowadays.
