Called before arrival to let us know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Surveyed our carpets and pointed out areas that needed extra attention. Was very polite and courteous. When he was finished he walked through the house with us to make sure we were satisfied and said he would be happy to go over any spots we had concern about.

Did not take long to do rug cleaning once it was started. Did have to wait quite awhile before service person called and said they were running late. But once they showed up they got to work and finished the job.
