Communication was good. Our technician, Nathan, arrived within the timeframe we were promised. He was professional and friendly. He explained the cleaning process and gave us additional ideas on how to improve our indoor air quality. He got to work quickly. It took about two hours to clean our vents. Everything went well and we plan to schedule another vent cleaning in a few years. Prior to scheduling this appointment, we checked prices with other companies. ZeroRez prices were comparable with others offering the same service.

Technician, who was Adam, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how Zerorez carpet cleaning works. He worked efficiently and was friendly.
