This was my first experience with Zerorez. From the moment I called to inquire about your service to the time that your technicians left my house, I felt that I was treated very professionally, and with exemplary courtesy and respect. I also felt that everyone from your company with whom I had contact was genuinely concerned that my needs were meet, and more importantly, that I was satisfied with the results of your service. The two young technicians who did the actual work were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did a great job of assessing my needs, and recommending what they felt would work best in my situation. In particular, I was very appreciative that they didn't pressure me to buy more of a service than I wanted, or needed. They simply did their analysis thoroughly explained their findings, and recommended what would be best for my situation.
I am not in immediate need of further services from your company, but when I am, I will certainly call Zerorez. Thanks to all for a jjob well done!

I have had not-so-good technicians in the past, but again, I have had a technician who beyond any who represents any company. It is for that reason alone I would recommend Zerorez and keep my fingers crossed for the potential customer that he/she have DAVID do the work.
to be honest I did not hold out too much hope for my carpet to get cleaned considering i had puppy urine and poop,as well as teriyaki sauce, but i was amazed to see the carpet completely cleaned like new. But equally impressive was my technician who explained everything to me and was as professional as he was friendly. I have already recommended your services to my neighbors and look forward to using you in the future

We were scheduled for the second appointment of the day but due to an unforeseen situation with the first appointment we did not see a technician until appx. 2 pm. Although I understand the fact that Zerorez did not know that this client would have hours of work to do it was unfortunate that it put us so late in the day getting our carpets cleaned when I had specifically asked for an EARLY appointment time when I scheduled my appointment. I wanted the carpets to be able to dry significantly before we all came home from work that evening. As it was they were still very wet and were not dry until the next evening when we came home. Even then there was one spot in our living room that was still soaking wet that we had to hand dry as much as possible and then put a fan on the area.
Your service people are cheerful, appropriate, and professional. They provided exactly the services we needed, in good time and with professionalism.
Make sure that your technicians are as good as David.

Please fix your email reservation system and your phone system. Can never get through when I call. Stay on hold for 10 minutes and then go to a voice mail. On the reservation system, you aren't really making a reservation. It's just a way to get a call back from your appointment makers, who apparently don't have any clue that you already chose three days and times for your preference.
That it leaves no residue, dries quickly, and the technician was great.

You were very helpful and didn't try to clean areas you didn't think could be cleaned. You let me know up front that they probably needed to be replaces rather than charging me for cleaning and hen needing to replace carpet too.
