I liked the guy who cleaned by carpets He took great pride in his work and made me feel like he was really trying to please me and to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. He showed me the process which was impressive, and then had me check his work every so often to make sure I was please. My carpets cleaned up nicely and I am very happy with them. I will definitely use Zerorez again!!

Flora is awesome. The notice as to when the cleaners will arrive is great. I don't have to wait around. You came when you said you would. My tenants liked the results and the smell (or no smell) after the cleaning was done. Thanks Zerorez!

What could we do to improve?

The carpet looked good when it was wet, however after it was dry, I could see some spots that were missed. The tech was great and did a good job overall.

No detergent residue, my carpets always look brand new after they are cleaned. Techs have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

Dean that cleaned our carpets at our new house was very kind, courteous, and professional. He was able to recommend services and products due to some pet stains left from the previous owner's pets. We appreciated his help and knowledge.
