Improve the scheduling process, and call back or respond to internet scheduling faster. I shouldn't have to wait for 24 hours for a response, nor should I have to adjust to your time schedule when I schedule weeks in advance.
I LIKE EVERYTHING....THE TIME IT TAKES, THE RESULT, AND EVERYONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN HERE HAVE BEEN SUPERB....ANDREW AS USUAL WAS A DOLL....I DO PROMOTE YOU EVERYTIME I GET THE CHANCE AND EVERYONE WHO COMES IN THE HOUSE REMARKS ABOUT HOW LOVELY THE CARPET LOOKS AND I TELL THEM.

No residue keeps the carpet clean longer, and frequent specials make it more affordable. You should make the protectant part of the service though.

The carpet is clean without any chemicals. It didn't take long and it dried fast.

I was sent an email offering 15% off that I took advantage off when I scheduled my appt. The day before service, I received another email for 20% off my service. When I asked the technician if I could have the 20% he informed me that I could have only had the extra % off if I had cancelled my appt and rebooked. That is ridiculous. I should get whatever the best deal is at the time, especially when I am receiving the email as a "preferred" customer. Did not feel like a preferred customer.
I like that theservice tecs are polite, wear booties and are knowledgeable about the products and procedures.
I like that you dont use soaps. I like that you're on time. My carpet and upholstery look great. And I love how trustworthy the guy was. Thank you!

The workers were awesome- friendly and efficient! There was damage to my baseboards afterwards which was a concern but they have handled it well so far.
They're chemical free and got a stain I was worried about instantly out of the carpet in my living room. And the person who came was very nice and got the job done quick.
