So professional, fast and we'll done! Our stains are gone! They vanished! The only thing is, if you have a larger home, it gets pricey. That makes sense though.
Your service expert was on time, friendly, and helpful. He offered suggestions for further cleaning of carpets and flooring. I feel that he did a very good job of cleaning our carpets that day. Thank you.

Being prepared ready to go. Decision with process worked around my areas that were a mess. I enjoyed working with the guys. I was able to coordinate being here quickly from work to get the committed time.
The man from Zerorez was extremely polite and careful with protecting my home. The carpets came very clean and it was done so quickly. He put those orange corner guards near where he was working so as not to scratch or splash on the corners, stair posts etc. He wore slippers over his shoes so as not to track dirt in. I like the "no chemical" idea that Zerorez uses. He answered my questions and let me know of protectants or sealants for carpets. Very personable.

Biggest beef is not willing or not allowed to assist in moving furniture. Small movements like couches.
