I felt the service provided was over priced. I paid extra for pet stain removal. After the carpet dried, I still have the stains.

They seem to clean the carpet very well. The workers know what they are doing, very polite, and make you feel important.
Technician was on time, efficient and did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was able to remove several spots that were not removed by previous cleaners.
The man who came to do the cleaning was very nice. He spent enough time for me to feel like the carpets were as clean as they could be. I have no prior experience with Zerorez, so cannot say whether the cleaning lasts any better than other carpet cleaning, but I am pleased with the results the day after, at least. I have a large house so it was expensive, but if it lasts, it was well worth it.
The carpet looks brand new after being cleaned. The two workers were great.

The technicians were on time and were concerned about their service after they finished. The carpets look beautiful, even the hall where it was very dirty. We were very pleased with the whole experience. It only took about 4 hours for the carpet to dry which is a plus. Thank you for doing a great job.

Spots left on loveseat. I have talked with your representative and have another appointment scheduled to correct the situation. However waiting 2 weeks to get the matter corrected should not be the case. It should be taken care of the next day.
I like that it does not leave a residue of soap. Your service tech were friendly and knowledgeable and work hard and made every effort to get our carpets clean inspire of the fact they are aging.

Quick to respond to appointments and Zerorez utilizes water as a cleaning agent, which works for me because of my high sensitivity to odors.

Even after 24 hours our carpet is still wet. We didn't have any extra pet cleaning or anything done. I called about it this morning and was told someone would bring by a floor fan this afternoon, but it's now 4:30 pm & I haven't heard from anyone yet.
