I had some wicking happen and even after returning is still there.

The techs were so nice and fantastic. I'm not sure what happened but something got put/leaked onto my lawn next to where the truck was parked and it burnt my grass.

Seems like the overall cost was a bit pricy.

Only comment: the company van which motor ran in order to clean, left a large grease spot on concrete at driveway.

Communication about when to expect the appointment to begin could be improved. I received a call that the technician would be on her way within 45 minutes but she did not arrive for almost 2 hours. Also, I was promised a Swig gift card that was never given to me...

Love ZeroRez. They got the horrible spot out of the carpet, and cleaned the recliner that we were ready to throw out, so that it looks like a new chair. They kept me informed of when they would arrive, went right to work, and had the whole job done in no time.

The technician was friendly and informed us of what he was doing and how it worked. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I thought the price was way high! The grout on my tile floor is not clean and it is sealed so I guess nothing can be done to correct the problem. I have spots on my carpet. I am really very disappointed with the outcome!

The technician that came into our office was EXTREMELY friendly and explained the process and gave us helpful instructions on the aftercare of the carpet. Natural, dries fast and my feet don’t have any allergic reactions. I usually get my carpets done about twice a year cuz I have pets. They do a fabulous job with all the pets stains. The two young men were professional, pleasant and polite and did their work in a timely manor. I’d be happy to have them back!

Always efficient, easy to schedule. Great about keeping me up-to-date on when the tech will arrive. The clean lasts longer than other services I have used in the past.

Rug is still dark in areas, and has a pink stain on the left portion of it. Not the service I had expected for $75.

Shorten the time windows. Between 12 and 4 is a long time to wait especially when a technician is running late and doesn’t arrive until near 5.
