It is surprising that Zerorez products actually work on our much abused carpet! Even the heavy traffic areas look wonderful. Our technician, Anthony, was clear on what needed to be done and he focused on the task at hand and got it done!

They didn't take over night to dry, the carpet is soft ( not crunchy like the previous company left them). He was thorough, polite and didn't rush the job. Very affordable!
