The young man who cleaned our carpet did an excellent job ! The nap of the carpet is much improved and standing up now-big improvement . Although our carpet had many years of wear , it almost looks like it did after we had our carpet installed . We have recommended Zerorez to our neighbors .

Great customer service and attention to detail and do the job well. Pricing was affordable. I wish there wasn't a residue left on the tile when it was complete, I'm going to have to clean the tile after having it cleaned. but I'm very satisfied at because the grout came back to nearly the original color which was the most important part.
