Your company has done a remarkable job on my white, very high-end carpets. A job that is so good I thought that replacement would be necessary. Instead, Zerorez cleaning has them looking and staying like they are literally brand new. You did what I thought was the impossible. Ken is/was highly professional, cared and does wonderful work. I cannot recommend Zerorez enough. Your process is so much better than steam cleaning that the processes are not comparable. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! USE THIS COMPANY!

I have dogs and I like that a cleaner that is non toxic is used to clean the carpets.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They ask you exactly what you would like cleaned and explain the treatment options. They also have new machinery that helps dry the carpets quicker.

The servicemen did an excellent job. He arrived when expected surveyed the areas and answered question we had on problem areas. He gave us the cost of the work and explained reasons for the price. He worked with us to cause the least stress for our dogs. Overall we were very pleased with the results and his professionalism.

Seems to do the job!

I have used carpet cleaners in the past and felt they just made the problem worse. Anthony did a wonderful job of walking me through process and took the time to ensure the job was done right. I am thrilled with the way carpets came out and will schedule them to come back in six months!
