Our Tech did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. He arrived on time, he kept everything clean and neat. This is the second time we have used Zerorez in our home and it will not be the last. We are pleased with how clean our carpets remain. We are pleased with how quickly the carpet dries after cleaning.
They are very professional. And are in and out and no time and they also protect your furniture and surroundings.
Cody was a great listener and he did a special request thanks to my oldest daughter but she's paying for it. So the carpets are different but like Cody said not all stains will not come out. Other than that he did the best he could do but I love my hallway and my living room. The two rooms had years of ware and tare on it I wasn't sure those few spots wouldn't come out. Such a good company to recommend. The paying part was kind of hard cause we really wanted to pay three different ways but wasn't able. They take every payment but I guess if you pay cash first then credit card the credit card will take the rest and not let us write a check. Maybe we should of write the check first then cash then lastly the credit card it would of been better. Thanks for Cash app I had to give money to her bank so it don't go over. Not complaining but we as adults still are learning this technology especially me.... 😂. Thank God for my Radio station The Fish 103.9 we did save $30 dollars even after my daughter added $120 more to our bill. God bless your patience and doing a good job ladies on the phone and Cody for his work and smiles too.

My rug gets cleaned, but isn't soaking wet for 2 or 3 days afterward. Your staff cleans up and doesn't leave a mess.

Ease of booking an appointment. Used zerorez for several years now. Techs call before arrival and are very prompt. "Kevin" was very professional, friendly, and did a great job. Very helpful and informative regarding all our options. Carpets look great and smell great too!! So nice to be clean. We have two dogs - and usually schedule about every 6 months.
