Steven was on time. He came in and I showed him what I wanted cleaned...he gave me a reasonable estimate. I agreed to it and he got right to work. He worked quickly and I am pleased with the job he did.

Your prices seemed pretty fair. We did the half price sale in the winter.

The carpets and tiles came out very nice and dried quickly.

Environmental safe, left the carpets, kitchen tile looking FABULOUS ! was blown away with the pet urine treatment. Smell is GONE! What a relief.

Rick, our technician, showed up on time. He was very thorough in explaining the services and did a fantastic job. Our rugs have never looked better. We would definitely call them again and we will recommend Zerorez to our friends.

Rick was very good, explained everything that was to be done. Even went over a couple of spots for me. Carpets look good, we are thinking we might be able to get a few more years out of them. We were convinced the dirt in the stairs would never come out.

We liked that the process was quick and thorough and that the technician was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He also recommended that we replace our HVAC filter, which we definitely intend to do.

The fresh, clean smell of the treatment. The assurance that the coating placed on our carpet will continue to protect it for at least a year and the courtesy, friendliness and expertise of the technician. I feel received excellent service and plan to use Zerorez in the future.

Professional service, dynamite product, cleaned all spots and carpet looks like new! This service made my New Year 2015. Representative was courteous, professional, on time, and efficient. Follow-up electronic receipt was appreciated too.
