Service is quick and very efficient with miminum disruption. The cleaning quality is dramatic and drys quickly. We have used Zerorez for carpeting, furniture and a vehicle interior. We won't used another cleaning method.

I only use Zerorez for cleaning my carpet. It always comes out great. The service was on time, friendly and efficient. The only reason I don't give you a 10 is that your online scheduling system does not work. I tried to set up appointment twice and neither time did I get a response.

Zerorez came highly recommended by a friend whose judgment I trust. I could not be happier with the results so far (cleaning was done only a week ago). The technician was early, which I loved and he did call ahead of time to verify it was OK to come early, and he was very friendly. He cleaned so quickly but efficiently. I thought the price was very fair. My filthy carpet looks amazing! It took longer to dry (overnight) but I think the cold weather had a lot to do with that. I would highly recommend Zerorez and will be a faithful, annual customer from now on!
