Having our carpets cleaned was much more expensive than I have ever paid, but we had doggie urine that needed to be removed and we
hope that the process got it all. It did leave the carpets in the closet and dining room very wet for a couple of days and still a bit damp.
Steve did explain the process and the cost of the cleaner before he started. I appreciated that.
This is the second time we used Steve to clean our carpets. He is quick, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable of the different types of carpets, flooring, and stains. Plus, we are both military veterans and that is a big plus. I will use Zerorez in the future and ask for Steve.
I like the fact that only water is used to clean carpets, therefore no harsh chemicals and residue are left to attract more dirt. Also very important if you have pets.

Our carpets look wonderful; they did a great job. The only issue I had was with the scheduling. I scheduled 2 morning appointments, only to have them confirm for late afternoon both times. After the 2nd time, I was finally able to schedule a morning appointment, which worked out well. However, the technicians were friendly & did a great job.
