The 2 men that come out were polite & knowledgeable about carpet stains. They paid extra attention to the spots and seemed to do a good job cleaning our carpet. It looks like new.

The cleaning method used on carpets is terrific, safe, effective and quick drying. My tile looks new after Zerorez cleaned it. Very shiny! Nate has cleaned for me the last two times and he is professional and friendly. He just does a great job. I have recommended him to several friends.

Kind, quick service and impressive results

I appreciate the fact that the technician, Rodney Campbell, was knowledgeable and polite and was able to try to remove the animal stains from my carpet. He and his helper, Shaq, worked quickly and efficiently to clean the carpets in three of my rooms.

Unfortunately they forgot to take the two pieces of equipment that they use to protect the corners of my walls I have left them on my front porch for pickup. If they aren't picked up by 7/14, I will recycle them.
