I have always been pleased with the quality of cleaning. My one reservation is that the carpet never dries in the 4 to 6 hours stated. Usually takes a couple of days to fully dry. This has been true for various rooms and various houses we have lived in. Even rooms that have sun exposure stay damp for at least 24 hours, with fans running.
Less water left on carpet. Also less soap used.

Nate was very professional and was a very hard worker. We had the pet treatment for our rugs and the pet odor is gone. We have noticed that in the traffic areas the dirt stains became more noticeable as the carpets dried, but they look so much better. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends.
