We moved into a new house and the carpet looked thrashed, with replacement weeks out we decided to have it cleaned for the time being. Zerorez made it look brand new. Thought it was a light grey or brown turns out it’s white. The technician was very nice and hard working. They will get our business again.

Fast and friendly

I really liked the way the technician went around the entire house with a special light to find any concerning spots. If he did find any he explained how he would go about treating them. Carpets dried faster then previous services and the feel of carpet was soft to the touch. I also like their 30 day guarantee. Cost was less then our other service. Definitely will use them again.

How clean it gets the carpets how quickly it drys....

You are honest and I am comfortable with the person you send out to do the work. The carpet gets really clean without all those chemicals.

Our carpet in the three (3) bedrooms is over 20 years old and Kevin Hunter made them look fantastic! Also we had over 600 square feet of grout cleaned and he look liked the day when it was installed.

Was a bit put off that I had to pay extra for pre-treatment which is a service most carpet cleaners include at no additional charge as its a standard part of the carpet cleaning process.
