Also, the staff pointed out an area on my ottoman that did not get cleaned. I noticed it too but he was honest enough to tell me about it without my having to point it out.

My carpet looks fantastic and I love the fresh scent. The technician, Kevin, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He had answers to every question that I asked and definitely knew what he was doing. My carpets are almost 15 years old and it brought them back to new.
