Fast and efficient. Technician very helpful. Most stains removed from carpets. Drying time took longer than expected. I do feel your advertising is somewhat disceptive. Three rooms for $109 with notes in FINE PRINT. Pre-treatment and protective treatment adds up from $109 to $400 very quickly. This was explained by Technician before start of process, but he is on scene with equipment and carpets need to be cleaned so customer is between rock and hard place. Overall very satisfied but more honesty in advertising would be nice gesture.
I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to try Zerorez. As many companies make many claims. I was pleased and satisfied with my service representative from Zerorez. His name was Jock. He was courteous, knowledgeable and completed his cleaning tasks in a very professional manner. Jock walked me through each area of my home that I wanted cleaned, explained the process and ensured me that I would be pleased. I was entirely. My carpets look amazing. I will be utilizing Zerorez again and hopefully Jock can come back!

The technician was quick and professional, and got the entire house cleaned in about an hour and a half. That doesn't mean he wasn't thorough; the carpets look great and have never been cleaner!
Justin Brandt listened to my concerns and questions, was respectful of my property, explained the process to be used, demonstrated the effectiveness of the cleaning, and was professional in his work at all times. I was initially concerned that the advertisement in the newspaper to which I responded was misleading because of additional costs incurred.
Knowing that the cleaning process is 'natural' and everything looks so very clean and fresh afterwards.

The guy that came out was very professional and explained what he was going to do and also made suggestions as to a few areas. Carpet we had was fairly new but also used quite a bit and needed a good cleaning. We are thrilled how it turned out.
