the cleaning job was very good. I hope the carpets look very clean and I hope they stay that way. I postponed having them cleaned for years because I'm afraid they'll get dirtier more quickly now. My sofa looks much better. I am trusting that my oriental rug is being treated gently and will come back in as good condition as it left, minus the dirt and few stains.
my only complaint is the continued up-sell that goes on. The phone call was one after another promotion to try to get me to add one more thing to be cleaned and the technician was even more persistent. Please tone it down. I will be more inclined to call you again to clean carpets when they need it if I don't have to worry about someone trying over and over and over to talk me into something I can't afford right now.
