The guy that came out to the house (1545 Long Cove Court, Raleigh 27604) was great, very professional and did a great job!

We were in desperate need of getting our carpet cleaned after our dog had a major accident in our bonues room. We called Monday and someone was at my house by the afternoon and Sacha Felix did a superb job!!!!

Zerorez is a company way above and beyond a typical carpet cleaning company. Sacha, our technician was so incedibly polite and knowledgeable about the services he was providing. I would reccomend Sacha and zerorez to anyone since the process was so efficient and successful at removing very difficult pet stains.

The clean smell. Other carper cleaning services I've used in the past seemed to have left behind a bit of an unclean smell. This is my 4th time using Zerorez and you guys do a great job. We had some traffic area spots that look great now! You guys are always on time and I like the idea that you call to update us on your arrival time.

My carpet comes out really clean and fresh. The technician is not pushy to sell more services.
What I don't like is that zerorez appears to be more expensive than the competition.
