I was able to book an appointment quickly and the technician came to the home on time and was very polite. The carpet turned out great and there was no odor just as advertised.
Your representative was quite polite and thorough. I was happy with the results, particularly since I had several areas that needed enzymatic action to remove stains, etc. While it took longer than I had expected for the carpets to dry following the cleaning, I was very pleased with the outcome.

The service was described. The process got my carpet and sofa cleaner than I ever could with a steamer.
Service was fast, same day! The treatment got 99% of every stain out of our light colored carpets. (Even fruit juice stains!) As a mom of two toddlers, this was a serious blessing. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace my carpets. Not anymore!
Lastly the serviceman was very polite and thorough.
Will most definitely order again!

The carpet was not soaked in water and dryed quickly.
The Zerorez "process" worked great on my carpet and steps (cleaned areas I thought would
never be cleaned).
The technician (Justin) was extremly nice, cooperative and had good suggestions.
Every time I have my carpet cleaned it makes it look brand new again! Love that feeling!!

I have used Zerorez twice now and have recommended to friends. Both times, you've been able to get out bad stains on my carpet - fingernail polish, dog stains, the works. I found the same true for the last time you all did my carpets. I also had my 12x12 area rug cleaned. While it came clean, a traffic area still looked soiled. I was very disappointed as the rest of it looked new. The technician did a good job of explaining the science of clean vs wear, and while I understand it was clean, my expectations for it looking clean were not met.
