I was totally amazed at how nice my carpet looked after the cleaning. I really didn't know that my carpet was that dirty until I saw the before and after! We were even thinking that we would need to replace the carpeting, but now it looks really nice. The technician who cleaned our carpet, Eric, was absolutely SUPER!! He explained the process to us, was very friendly and professional and just really did a superb job. Easy to schedule a cleaning, really good specials (one room cleaned at no cost!), representative came to my house on time, nice cleaning results, little drying time, low residual smell, feels clean to the touch. :-)

the carpet was beyond our expectations, the tile and tub were far less than what we had expected, after the cleaning (which was rather expensive) there was still a significant amt of black mildew on the tile below the soap dispenser

The cleaning was excellent; however, the communication was not concerning the arrival time. Jeremy was very pleasant on the phone but there was a disconnect between the office and the field communications.
