I liked the fact there was not a lot of water on my carpet and the short time it took to do an outstanding job of actually getting stains and soda out of my carpet. The treatment process was new to me and I liked it once it was explained to me.
Socsha (I hope that's how he spells his name)was very friendly and knowledgeable about the company and it's practices. He took the time to explained to me what he was going to be doing and the products he was using and how it will work on my carpet. He let me see the difference between his cleaning technique and untreated carpet. He was professional at all times and I will request only him to clean my carpet and will have friends and family yo ask for him. I must say I was very surprised with the end result. I will use Zerorez again and again and again. Thank you Zerorez.
