the carpets looked great. Tech was very thorough and polite. Everyone I dealt with from scheduling the appointment to the actual tech were great. I received an email and phone call prior to the appointment. the tech called when he was on his was, he arrived well dressed, on time and walked the house with me prior to cleaning. The products use are clean and fresh. Carpet dries fast and products used removed all spots.
