You were not able to get up pet stains so that is the only only reason I gave you a 9. But as far as the technician you sent out Kyle Neville you should only be hopeful that your other techs are as polite and courteous as he was. So I would grade him a perfect 10. If I was to use you again I would hope he could come again because I know he will do the work as if it was his own house!! Thanks!

It was quick and rather simple to have done. Carpets were dry very quickly...
I had some stains that had been in the carpet for a few years. The technician treated them before he cleaned and explained that because the stains were old, they may not go away. In the past when I shampooed my carpet, the stains would disappear and then return. WELL, they did go away. It's been 8 days since Zerorez cleaned my carpet and the stains are still GONE. Technician was very careful to avoid damage to my home and I'm very pleased with the results of his work.

I was totally amazed at how nice my carpet looked after the cleaning. I really didn't know that my carpet was that dirty until I saw the before and after! We were even thinking that we would need to replace the carpeting, but now it looks really nice. The technician who cleaned our carpet, Eric, was absolutely SUPER!! He explained the process to us, was very friendly and professional and just really did a superb job. We will definitely have Eric back to clean our other carpeting as soon as we get some furniture moved out of the way. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my family, friends and co-workers. From the first call until the end of our service call, Everything was so professional. I was very very pleased with our experience. The gentleman who provided our service did a wonderful job and was very personable. The cleaning itself was awesome everything looked great. It was reasonable and I will be calling back to do the rest of my house.
