Our carpet looks great and the guy that came out to perform the service was the best technician that I have ever met. He was awesome. My only issue, is that in our room my husband had tracked in red mud and I had hoped that it would have come out a little better. When he first sprayed it looked great but later in the day as it dried, you can still see the spots where the mud was. I had thought about calling to see if you could come back out and touch up those areas. It might not ever come completely out. The rest of the house looks great and I was very pleased with the service.
