I'm very environmentally conscious, so was originally attracted by your "just water" claim. For example, I went out of my way to find non-toxic rug padding. I have used you twice and been very happy both times. Your techs are very helpful and friendly. Both times, they have upgraded me to more services, which they explained very clearly and I was happy to add them. I only wish I could afford to have you here more often.
