My carpets look great! It took 4 trips to finally get all the spots out but you were very accommodating and kept coming out to make it right. Thanks and I will be calling in the near future to do the rest of my house.

I was impressed with the informative service technician. He did an inspection as I walked along side him giving me detailed information on what the process was, how it removed the soiled areas, and his overall professional and appearnce and quality of work completed.

Our service rep actually got to the appointment slightly earlier than expected which was great. He worked extremely hard and did a great job! The carpet looks awesome and was dry by that night.

ZeroRez cleans my carpet in it's entirety and get the spots out as well. The whole house feels clean upon completion. I like to use them at least twice a year. Nice Job!!
