I really appreciate the fact that you have found a way to clean carpets without adding many potentially harmful chemicals. The company was very responsive with any questions and accommodations that I had.
One comment that I would like to share is that when everything was done and the guys had left there was residue on the laminate flooring that I had between the front door and the bedrooms that were cleaned. I guess from the water and hose that were used. Not a big deal, it mopped up easily enough, but looking out for that next time and at least wiping that down or something else would show that you are willing to "go that extra mile". Thorough work, the young man that cleaned the carpet was knowledgable about your products, he informed me of things that I may not have thought about (i.e. removal of pet stain that may resurface), he offered additional products and allowed me time to make my decision, he was friendly and he was punctual. Products used are good, no residue and no additional charges.

I also asked the crew when they arrived if they could clean the hardwoods and tile areas and they cleaned them too.
