I was disappointed that you with advertising (WPTF, 99.9, etc.) and the person(s) that I spoke to at ZeroRez did not mention once about the very much increased prices associated with any pet areas treated. It is unfortunate that you have elected to only have the person coming to do the work, to give out that information.
It would be better that you allow the client to decide for treatment, based on complete disclosure, prior to the worker coming to the residence.

The carpets appear cleaner after Zerorez service. Hector our technician was very friendly, on time and worked quickly. I am a little disappointed that I paid $150 "extra" dollars for "Pet Treatment" and the stains have reappeared. :( I don't think I'd do that again.
