I liked the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals/cleaners. The carpet also dried quickly.

Carpets are spotless and not only look like new but feel like new! (And they are ten years old!) I will definitely recommend and call Zerorez again and again! The service fellow was so professional, neat, and concientious. My husband was home during the process, and he could not be more complimentary! Many, many thanks! Oh, and the products were awesome, too. I loved the clean citrus smell when I entered my home that afternoon.

You all were on time,the cleaning solution you used seemed to get out the dirt especially in the high traffic areas. Special care was given to the remaining furniture as not to cause any nicks or scratches. I was impressed.
