The technicians were polite and well trained. Your product worked amazingly and my 10 year old carpet looks almost brand new. I had several different types of stains and they are gone. And the price was very reasonable.

Our technician was very friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous. I'm very allergic to cleaning products and the orange based cleaner did not bother me at all, which made me very happy. However, since the rug has completely dried our oatmeal colored Berber carpet in our living room has streaks in it.
