This is the second time we used Zerorez. The first time we were disappointed in the results and cost. Decided to try one more time when Zerorez called us. MUCH improved. The carpet looks great, smells nice and was just a better cleaning this time. Keep up the great work! They sprayed something all over the carpet before cleaning. Did not do that last time. Do not know if that made the difference, but something certainly did. They were also different people this time. Thanks. Glad we gave you a second chance. Will use again.
The carpet is very clean and it does not have the soap residue. All of the spots in the carpet were removed.
