The technician (Chad) showed up on time, introduced himself, was firiendly and a hard worker. The carpet is clean and I know won't get dirty looking in a few days like other companies products. I wonder if this cleaning process can be applied to the carpet and upholstry of my car!

Thank you for sending this email as I was planning to call today to tell you what a fantastic experience I had yesterday with your employee Zack.

Zack was a very nice young man, gave me the courtesy call, was on time, very knowledgeable, courteous, professional...you name it, I was impressed. I felt I was presenting him with a unique challenge with my pet stains in my hallway and he offered multiple solutions, assured me he would do his best, invited me to come see his progress and my carpets turned out fantastic.

I didn’t feel like he was trying to oversell me although I did end up paying for extra, I was happy to do so because Zack made me feel confident in his capabilities.

So thank you to Zerorez and thank you to Zack! His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness led me to a fabulous experience.

my carpet is finally clean after numerous failed attempts with another major carpet cleaning chain. The carpet was dry in 6 hours, no musty wet carpet smell, and it's actually fluffy and clean!! The technician was very helpful in recommending various treatments and took his time to really get a deep clean. I was initially reluctant to using Zerorez due to the higher cost...but now I know why it's more! Worth EVERY penny!!

my rugs look brand new. you would never know i have 2 dogs, and 2 grandchildren. All the pile is up and clean but miraculously feels brand new.
