You all always do a good job and are professional and courteous.

I love the fact that there are no chemicals used. Having a baby who crawls all over the floor it is important the keep chemicals out of the carpet.

Our Tech was courteous and he helped us understand the reason behind our dirty carpets. He told us how important it is to vacuum often to help keep the carpets clean. He also mentioned that it's important to vaccine the baseboards often and that will also help keep the carpets cleaner longer. Plus, I like that there are no harsh chemicals and I could lay my infant down on the floor for playtime.

I love that when I call to schedule an appointment the appointment setter is more than happy to answer any questions I have and inform me of services that o was unaware of even existed. When the technician showed up, he was courteous and on time. He was very passionate about his work and the cleaning exceeded my expectations as there were some pretty bad stains in the carpet. I've used Zerorez three times before and will continue to go back. Love this company!!

The end results. My carpet looked awful. Hadn't been cleaned in over five years, but not after your cleaning. There was not one stain or ugly spot to be seen. Look like new.
