I like that the product is family and pet friendly. My tech, Derek, was very informative and thorough with his entire cleaning of my home. I will definitely request him next time especially because he used a broom sweeper that no other tech had used on my carpets and I was truly amazed at the hair it got out of my carpets after I had just vacumed them.
