Great technician who provided a Thorough job; He Educated homeowner about service. He was very courteous and respectful. He worked diligently to get rid of stubborn spots. We are repeat customers who have only used Zerorez since we built our home. We have used other companies in past homes who used different cleaning solutions which left a residue which meant that the carpet got dirty faster. The home has no odor after carpets are cleaned. Just a top service.

They could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with and I believe that your people are your first and most important asset. These two gentlemen truly represented your company well. On top of that, my carpet looks great! It smells great and feels great and all stains are gone and several of them were large. I had thought that I would need to be replacing some carpet soon, but now feel like I can get several more years wear out of this carpet. I'll be calling you again in a year for sure!
