Hector Gutierrez represented Zerorez personably and professionally. He called me when he was in route to my house, was within the pre-designated time window, assessed my carpeting in advance and recommended additional treatment with the consideration that I have 2 dogs.

Your customer service tech (Matt M) was very professional and thorough. He stepped through the process of cleaning the carpet (pet stains, scotch guard, etc). He did not pressure me to purchase any additional services, but he did explain the value. I ended up having the scotch guard applied and cleaning the foyer tile. I will definitely be calling you back for other services. Great Job!

Loved the carpet cleaning service, especially the spot removal.
Liked but did not love the bathroom tile cleaning. The tile in the shower was cleaned but not the soap holders in the shower, not behind the bathroom door, not behind the toilet and not in all the corners. When I noticed it and asked about it, the service man did most of it, but there were still places that were left dirty that I didn't notice until later. And for the cost, I could've had my whole house cleaned.
So we will probably not be signing up for the tile cleaning again. The rug cleaning, we will do again, and I will recommend it to other people I know.
