The technician was absolutely fabulous. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me suggestions that I found beneficial for the care of my carpet.
The work done was cleaning a micro-fiber sectional counch (very large one), a carpet, and carpeted stairs. My wife was very pleased with the results as was I, but her opinion is worth more than mine on these matters! The service fellow was professional, cordial, and gave us some good advice about how to keep everything cleaner, how to use our Hoover Steam Cleaner more effectively, and the best way to clean up spills when they happen. We got the Protectant treatment as well which will make cleaning spills much easier. 10 STARS!!!

Hector did a great job! We had set in stains from pets and he did a really good job getting it almost out. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. He was training someone and I think that person will do a great job because Hector trained him.
