The technician was within the time given, but did not call the phone number I had given . I was glad I was home when the call came through. He was vey professional and explained everything. I did not think I should have been charged for pet spotting- pre spotting as other companies do not charge extra for that. The carpet was very clean and I was pleased with the service.

Technician was on time and called before he came. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. Our carpet is very old and was heavily soiled. We had planned to have it replaced, but it looks almost like new now.
