Derrick came to my home to clean the carpets. He put on shoe "booties" and we went through the rooms to be cleaned and then he explained what he was going to do. I would recommend your business, but I am rather disappointed...I called because of your "3 rooms for $119 plus another room free>" My bill was $350 plus..I had a sofa, was charged for an extra large room, pet treatment, $10 for your gas or whatever,scotchgarding, etc. And I had an area rug, which had two cup size stains on it, now I have an obvious stain, quite yellow and approximately 1 foot square.
