All natural cleaning, friendly technician and on time service.
The service was very prompt. He called me shortly before arriving to let me know when he'd be at my home. When he arrived he very cheerfully introduced himself to me. He got busy right away; we surveyed the area to be cleaned together; I pointed out "trouble" spots that needed special attention; he gave me an estimate of the entire job; and when I agreed, he got right to work. When he finished the first room he asked me to take a look at it to be sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased; and he continued to work to get the job done. At the end of the job he told me how to take care of the cleaned area; time to stay off the carpet, turn on ceiling fans, etc.
I am very please that the few pet stains were removed; and most of the traffic pattern dirt was removed. I like the idea that the carpets were ScotchGuarded…of course, time will tell if that is effective.
Overall, i am quite pleased with the job done.

Carpet looks great, the techs were very proffesional and did a great job. The only negative would be the techs had a hard time calling in the May discount. I was able to call the main office and get the discount. So not huge deal, would recommend them in a heartbeat. Will also use again, well worth the price.

The service itself was great. Booking was not a good experience. I told Jennifer that I had online and physical coupons, and I specifically mentioned that I had one for $37.00. She said they were probably expired because they didn't have any of those promotions available, and booked me for two rooms at around $120 (can't recall). After my conversation with her, I found the coupon that was mailed to me from YayLocal!. It had no expired, and it was for $37 per room. I called back and I spoke to Elizabeth, and I explained what had happened, and I said I would like to book two rooms for $74. She said the coupon is for a minimum of three rooms, and they do not come out for less than $109, so she would book me for three rooms for $37 each, which she quoted as $129 (that must have been with an additional service charge). Now this coupon is making me spend more money to get a discount, hmmm. The coupon doesn't say that there is a minimum of three rooms. It says call for details. No other YayLocal coupons say that, and not other carpet cleaning companies say that based on what I found when I did further research. I asked for Chad to call, he did not. I sent him a message via LinkedIn, still not call. Jennifer called and tried to disagree with me. This is supposed to be a Christian company. I am a long time customer, and I am not impressed with these new business practices and dishonest employee practices. This is not what I had come to expect from ZeroRez. I was not going to post this review on Google or Facebook, but the more I think about it, the more frustrated I am. I don't want to have any further chats with Jennifer. If Chad wants to email me and set a time to talk, then I will decide what to do after that.
