They truly do stand behind their service! We initially contacted them about a spot that would not come out of our carpet. The first time they came, the spot looked like it was taken care of, but then the carpet completely dried and it returned. We contacted them again informing them that the spot returned and they were more than willing to come back and treat it again. Our service tech was GREAT and did a GREAT job once again!! Could not be happier!!! THANK YOU ZEROREZ!!!!!
