He was informative with his working knowledge of the cleaning process, products used, and further recommendations that were welcomed. Was respectful of calling us prior to showing up to our home and arrived ON TIME within the estimated window. Also appreciated the cleanliness of the instruments used to clean our floors and that Greg wore disposable footies while in our home. I hope all Zerorez employees are as great as Greg was!
