Was able to be accommodated for an earlier day than scheduled. Technician, Caleb, called in advance & was very professional & accommodating. The Carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction. We have used this service before; will continue to use in the future as needed & will recommend to others.

Extra attention was paid to getting noticeable spots and areas I mentioned.
All areas looked very nice after and when dry.
The furniture was removed from the three rooms and the room footage was increased.
Mike was great, he explained what makes zero res different and better. He did the job as quoted and was very thorough to do an incredible cleaning service.

My floor tech was courteous, thorough, and made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied. He pointed out potential problems but ensured me that every effort would be made to rejuvenate my carpet. WHE DID IT!! I am very satisfied with the outcome and his professionalism.
