Prompt, although didn't give me the 30 min. notification of when they were coming, like I had asked for(I had to meet him at our new house). Also, when our daughter used you, it took over 24 hrs. for her carpets to dry with several fans going. When I mentioned that as a concern, I was told that the machine must not have been working right, that it only takes 3-4 hrs. Mine didn't take as long as hers, but it was much longer than 3 or 4 hrs. That can really throw the schedule off when moving into a new house. But....the job was thorough, and the gentleman was so friendly and nice, a good representative for your company!!

Willingness to come back and fix areas that got missed accidentally. Dried fairly quickly. Friendliness of workers.
But please spend more time adequately training new people on the job, as one primary worker had to come back to redo areas a new trainee missed.
