Our technician, Chris N., was extremely courteous, professional and meticulous in his work. He looked our carpets over thoroughly and did an outstanding job cleaning them. We couldn't be happier.

The gentleman who came to my home, Chris Neilson was very courteous. I appreciated the fact that he was on time. He went over all areas to see if there were any hidden "spots" that should be attended to. He took care as not to mark walls or existing furniture in my home. As it was hot and muggy out, I asked him about the AC and he advised me to set it at 68 to 70 degrees to get the moisture out. I did so and when I returned around 5 pm, most of the carpet was dry. I did not put furniture back until the next day and everything is great. All in all, this was a great experience and I would certainly recommend Zerorez and Mr Neilson to others.

The gentleman, Jamie, was so professional. He explained the process, the charges, and additional services they offer. We were most impressed with him and the product.

It was very easy to schedule. They told me what they did and did not do and was services they provide. They confirmed the appointment and called before they arrived. After evaluating my carpeting they made suggestions for cleaning spots. The process was fairly quick and the carpet technician was very efficient. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I wasn't overly impressed with the cleaning when they first completed the job, although I could tell the carpet had been cleaned. Two days later when the carpet had a chance to completely dry it looked super.

The young man who did the work was great. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and patient. The carpet looks great, almost like new. Give it time over night to dry. It takes a little longer than 5-6 hours.

You do a great job, my carpets are always clean and you representative's have great customer service skills.

Zerorez is far superior to other services
(esp Stanley Steamer -which just SOAKS large water quantities on the carpet which takes DAYS to dry ...and likely soaks padding too ...yikes)
