I greatly appreciate Zerorez and their excellent work! They are flexible and willing to work out a time that is convenient for the customer. You are notified the day before with a window of time for your service the next day. The day of service, you are contacted within 30 minutes of their arrival. They are prompt & explain everything to you.

The carpet dried quickly and Ali, the technician was courteous and very conscientious that the carpet was expertly cleaned. He should definitely be rated higher than Ten. We have had Zerox clean our carpet for the past ten years and have always been extremely pleased with the results and the professionalism of the technicians.

The product gets out almost all of my stains and carpets look great, even for 20 year old carpet. Also, because of less water used and quicker drying than other carpet cleaning methods, my carpets don’t buckle. I only use Zerorez! Thank you
