Safe & green for environment. You use own Alkaline water (not my tap). Great cleaning & disinfecting. My house smelled & looked better. My carpets looked great after & 2 days after they dried , a few old spots reappeared and they came out next day to re-do and I’m very satisfied they did best they could with my old carpet.
