They clean very well without all of the dirt attracting residue of other cleaning methods. Carpets and rugs dried fairly quickly. Staff are always very helpful and great to work with. I also appreciate the great communication and customer service.

I was so happy with the service you provided. The cleaning of the air vents and the dryer vent was so through, and the service gentleman Jorden was so wonderful to work with. He explained everything he was doing cleaned any messes that came from the vents. He was so personable and just the nicest young man. Our carpets are crazy clean now!!! Luis did a fabulous job. He explained what he recommended to me and made our very stained (mostly pet stains) carpets look like new. We can get a few more years out of them now.
I didn't love how much it ended up costing though. The price for the individual extractions of stains was very high. We ended up spending more than 2x the original estimate. But in the end, it is cheaper than getting new carpets so it was money well spent.

We threw carpet cleaning in with our son's wedding being only two days away, trying to get ready for family and friends to visit. The tech did an outstanding job getting our carpets looking like they were new again, even though we have a Chihuahua.
